Bears Rugby League Vereniging Sponsorship Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sponsorship payments to the Brabant Bears Rugby League Vereniging ("the Club"). By making a payment to the Club, you ("Sponsor") agree to these Terms in full.
1. Agreement
1.1 By making a payment for sponsorship, the Sponsor agrees to support the Brabant Bears Rugby League Vereniging under the terms outlined herein.
1.2 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Sponsor and the Club and supersedes any prior agreements, negotiations, or discussions.
2. Sponsorship Payment
2.1 Sponsorship payments must be made in full at the time of agreement. Payment methods accepted include Direct bank transfers & payment via the webstore.
2.2 The amount of the sponsorship payment is as agreed upon between the Sponsor and the Club and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2.3 All payments must be made in Euros (€).
3. Sponsorship Benefits
3.1 Sponsorship benefits will be outlined in a separate sponsorship package document agreed upon by both parties.
3.2 The Club reserves the right to modify the sponsorship benefits at any time. Any modifications will be communicated to the Sponsor in advance.
3.3 The Sponsor will be granted promotional rights as specified in the sponsorship package. These rights are non-transferable and exclusive to the Sponsor.
4. Sponsor Obligations
4.1 The Sponsor agrees to provide any necessary materials, such as logos or promotional content, in a timely manner to facilitate the promotion.
4.2 The Sponsor warrants that all provided materials do not infringe on any third-party rights.
5. Club Obligations
5.1 The Club agrees to fulfill the benefits outlined in the sponsorship package to the best of its abilities.
5.2 The Club will promote the Sponsor in accordance with the agreed terms and use reasonable efforts to maximize the exposure of the Sponsor.
6. Termination
6.1 The Club reserves the right to terminate the sponsorship agreement at any time if the Sponsor breaches any terms of this agreement or if the Club determines that the sponsorship is no longer in the best interest of the Club.
6.2 In the event of termination by the Club due to breach, no refund will be provided.
7. No Refunds
7.1 All sponsorship payments are final and non-refundable. The Sponsor acknowledges that they will not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the sponsorship payment under any circumstances.
8. Liability
8.1 The Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this agreement.
8.2 The Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold the Club harmless from any claims arising out of the Sponsor’s breach of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
9.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
10.2 The failure of the Club to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
By making a sponsorship payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
